Royal Oak's Repertoire
Royal Oak's repertoire mainly consists of Cotswold dances, with many being collected locally, such as Badby, that may reflect the style danced at Eydon by the original side.
We also do dances from Staffordshire and elsewhere. Never ones for sticking too much to tradition, we have also thrown in a few of our own, danced in similar styles to the originals.
High Badby
High Badby is Royal Oak's own tradition, based on a tradition recorded at the village of Badby, a few miles away. All dances and music were written by Pat (Patricia) Cannell Currently there are several dances:
The Road to Eydon
